A long mail I wrote to(& for) my KVSL1 school friends

Hi,
It’s good to see the mails from the kvsl1 guys pouring in my mailbox. So what else janta? Here in Hyderabad it’s too hot. Why don’t they open up any s/w coy in cool places like Shimla. Would love to work there. Where are the other students from our batch viz Shumeli (heard she is an IIM grad……….hats off for her……….she was intelligent since the school days. ……….., Chitraleka (where is she?), u remember one gal Debjani (daughter of one English teacher……….still remember that madam slapped me coz I dint bring my English book/Copy…………was very angry……….she even moved me out of the class……..was very angry on that day )…………
Hegde madam was my favourite teacher, always smiling, teaching very well………………..and yes savitri madam( hope I remember her name right) used to teach us hindi………most of the times she used to make me read the passages in the story( in class 7th ).
One more incident……….there was a madam named Mohanti madam who used to teach us Maths ( I think in class 7). She had a unique voice. Her pitch was frequently changed in every sentence esp when she used to end the sentence. We used to laugh a lot on her. Once I copied her voice and produced that cacophonic voice. She noticed and told who made that voice. I was very nervous. I guess she knew that I made the voice still she was asking. I was sitting with Rakesh and Tripathi( unable to remember his 1st name). Then I think Rakesh saved me…….by not telling my name…………was too much scared………………….
Another incident guys about a fair and healthy guy. I think his name was Swarnajit…………………once we(myself and Tabish Asfi) were playing with umbrellas kept in the class. We went to the last bench and we were opening the umbrella by clicking on the button…………yes unknowingly I took Swarnajit’s umbrella and while opening it, the handle came out and it was broken. I was very afraid. And then came the big bull Swarnajit. He bullied me and told me to either repair his umbrella or pay some money (dunno how much). I was afraid how to ask the money from my mom ………..and many things……..dont remember how it was sorted………………….
Another guy was Tabish Asfi…………iske bahut se kisse the us samay…….sab pareshan the isse. He used to spit in the class (strange na). once some people (Shiv Shankar and Tarun) complained this to our class teacher Indrani madam. Then she scolded him.
I am getting nostalgic. All the students face are coming in front of my eyes……………….hope I am not making you bored……………………………
Many more things to tell……….many more names I do remember…………..if interested reply……………………………………………

Let me check how many names I remember from my class:
1. Arijit Audhyo ( famous by the name ladies…….with big nails……)

Perspective

One day a father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the firm purpose of showing his son how poor people live...One day a father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the firm purpose of showing his son how poor people live. They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family. On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, "How was the trip?"" It was great, Dad.""Did you see how poor people live?" the father asked."Oh yeah," said the son."So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?" asked the father. The son answered: "I saw that we have one dog and they had four. We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end. We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night. Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon. We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight. We have servants who serve us, but they serve others. We buy our food, but they grow theirs. We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them."The boy's father was speechless. Then his son added, "Thanks, Dad, for showing me how poor we are."Isn't perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you wonder what would happen if we all gave thanks for everything we have, instead of worrying about what we don't have.Appreciate every single thing you have, especially your friends!"Life is too short and friends are too few."

Celebrate Life

Hi,
Welcome to my World. Let me tell you about myself.
I am Amarendra Kumar Sinha. I am working with Infosys Technologies Limited, Hyderabad.
I joined Infosys on 14th April 2003 after two years of Nomadic life, wandering for job, since the completion of my Engineering.
But I am very happy with my life. Lots and lots to learn from life. So many surprises. One of the best thing happened to me is that I married the girl whom i loved.Thank god for giving me the most beautiful gift as my wife Neetu. We got married on 21st January 2005.
We have to start the preparation for CAT. Yes you read it right. We want to do our best to get admission in one of the IIM more specifically IIM A.
My philosophy: Dont brood over the past because you cant change your past, dont worry about your future as your future depends on your present. So do your best in the present. Live in present. Always be happy. Life is too good and beautiful. Just explore the happiness in your life.
90% of the incident in one's life are happy incidents but still people think about the 10% sad part of their life 90% of the time. Why? Why to waste the god's precious gift i.e life. Wake up dear. Come enjoy and celebrate your life with all the happiness.........................................
Thats it for today.......................
Will meet you soon.
